The name “LAMA” was the name of the pioneers who brought the technology of roll formed metal door frame to the country back in 1995 and was also responsible for laying the foundation of the metal door installation techniques at that time. Lama was responsible for opening the doorway of the future for Malaysia. As many competitors has come and go, Lama has succeeded in maintaining its position at the frontlines of the industry. Lama Metal Products (Seremban) HQ Manufacturing plant is located on 4.5acres of industrial land at 4th mile Jelebu Road, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Lama have spread it wings further to capture a higher market share and to provide better service and deliveries by the establishment of Lama Tile (Utara) Sdn.Bhd. in Butterworth and Lama Tile (Timur) Sdn.Bhd. in Kota Bahru, State of Kelantan.

Manufacturing plants are situated in 2 parts in Malaysia. Butterworth manufacturing plant – Catering for the Northern and Central Malaysia and Seremban manufacturing plant, 60km South of Kuala Lumpur – Catering for the Central and Southern regions of Malaysia, also the central head quarters. Due to the locations of the manufacturing plants with a slight overlap in territories, in times of shortages in supply of door and window frames, the door and window frames supply from the alternative manufacturing plant can be used to substitute and complement the nearest to meet the customers’ requirements.
